Ok...so I think it's really cool to abbreviate my post titles. Actually, I like speak in abbreviated form as well. My husband chooses not to respond when I say things like "totes" "ridic" "presh" "WTF?" OK seriously, I am not a 14 year old girl, but I really like to piss him off and drive him nutso (wife of the year award goes to yours truly!) Anyway, one thing that does NOT piss off my husband is my vast array of celeb crushes. Including my one free pass. Ironically, most of my crushes are on old news casters. Hense the title Old News Caster Crushes.
So I have had a crush on this man for SEVERAL years. He is so hot and mature it drives me bonkers:
Matt Lauer. ME-OW.
Next up a guy that I could stare at all day long and actually be interested by what he says:
Brian Williams. Chicka chicka oww oww.
I have had a crush on this guy since college. Sadly he has recently come out of the closet (damnnnnn)
Anderson Cooper. totes hott!
OK now my husband only watches the today show for this reason...but hey I think she's hott too!
Natalie Morales. Wanna come over???
Ok this post is super random but it just popped into my head yesterday when I was swooning over Matt (and Natalie) this morning while watching the Today show.

Ha ha - this is too funny! Don't hate me but I think Matt is totally overrated, can't really stand him. I do like Brian and Anderson though. My celebrity crush is very "typical" - it's Channing Tatum, and anyone who knows me, knows that. He is the perfect "package" to me ... my husband even knows about my redonkulous crush on him ... it's ridic! =)

ReplyDeleteToo funny! Well, most of my crushes are funny nighttime tv hosts. Since I was like 5years old I've had a crush on David Letterman. And I like Conan O'Brien too. But if we are going off of looks then I gotta give it to my man Matthew McConaughey. And totally off subject but today on Holly's blog I got schooled on the fact that if you post a comment on my blog and I respond on the blog instead of via email then you are never notified. So I just wanted to say sorry if that has happened.:( I respond back to ALL comments but I never knew until today that people may never actually see the response. Oopsie.
